return & refund policy
Items purchased from Tribe CBD + Cannabinoids (“Tribe”) can exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order, and must be accompanied by a receipt. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for refund or exchange. All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Returned items that are damaged or used may not be accepted for exchange at the discretion of Tribe. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and a processing fee may be applied. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment, unless otherwise arranged.
All Tribe sales are FINAL, with the exception of products meeting all the terms under the Return Policy above.
How to Make a Return
To return an eligible item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, along with your order number and reason for return. We will respond shortly.
Return Processing Terms + Conditions
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an exchange can be arranged.
